What is your return policy
We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn beyond initial try-on, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging whenever reasonably possible. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
How can I return an item?
To request a return, please contact us at larvienneshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be reviewed and approved by our support team before being sent back. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or become ineligible for refund processing.
What are your delivery costs?
Larvienne currently offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on your country or region and remain the responsibility of the customer.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. During peak periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at larvienneshop@gmail.com. We may be able to help if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
