How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently review return or refund requests only in cases where an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Defective
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or video showing the problem
How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size chart carefully on each product page before placing your order.
Because fit may vary depending on body shape, garment cut, and fabric structure, we recommend choosing the larger size if you are between sizes.
Do you offer size exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer size exchanges.

Will the color look exactly the same in person?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting, editing, and screen display variations.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
Do all items in my order arrive together?
In some cases, if your order includes multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages.
